Great presentation! It never occurred to me using standard silverware knives as a substitute for a cooling rack, liked it. Enjoyed the Video.

    Thanks

  2. Made this yesterday! Delish! made French Toast with it this morning and it is wonderful that way also. All the nooks and cranies sopping up the egg and vanilla then cooking. Time to go make some more of this great bread recipe.

    1. Betty,
Almost everyone I know has to cook it for about 25 to 30 min, my oven is just freaky that it only takes 8-11 minutes to cook. I hope you enjoy the bread!
      Cheers

  3. Awesome bread! Have heard you mention it several times in the videos. Thanks for sharing! Made it this weekend and it didn’t last long.
Made it in a home oven – NellieJo is in Guaymas and we are in PNW- and it took 15 min. This recipe is a keeper!

  4. We told ourselves that we would not make your bread recipe until we were ready to move onto our boat. It was just one of those little fun milestones leading to our goal. Finally that time has arrived!! I have prepared the recipe 3 times now and I have to say that it was worth the wait. Both hubby and I really enjoy it.
